I think this is the first time a typeface has had it’s own dedicated site. Metaserif.com is the site for the new font by Erik Spiekermann. It contains a great section on the story of Meta Serif.

I’m not crazy about FF Meta, or any of Erik Spiekermann’s typefaces for that matter, but I still respect the influence he’s had on the design community. Here’s a great write-up giving us some insight on the creative process for FF Meta Serif.
