Alex Carro Packaging

Hey folks, it’s been a while. Life got in the way, but I’m back from hibernation and I will try to post more frequently.

This work designed by Malva Sawada and creative directed by Andrew Trotter is what got me out of my slumber. It’s a super minimal packaging design for Barcelona based skincare brand, Alex Carro. The minimal design was also applied to the website, which is also wonderful.

Carl Brett

Carl Brett was an Irish graphic designer and teacher who worked in Canada since 1954 and helped pioneer modernism in Canada. He was a founding member of the Society of Graphic Designers of Canada and served as president on two occasions.

Couldn’t find much info on him, and only found this gallery of his work at a small resolution, and some sort video interviews with him.
