Keeping with the Aussie theme, the work of Ben Jennings has recently caught my eye, specifically this business card he designed as part of an identity for Top Shelf. I absolutely love the attention to detail here, with the blind print and the thin line of color in the card stock. The type is set in Farnham and printed on Stephen – Smart White (330gsm ×2) / Curious Metallic – Bronze Ore (250gsm).

Process Journal: Edition Three
I just received Edition Three of the excellent design publication Process Journal. It features work from Bibliotheque, Studio Newwork, Andrew Zuckerman, MadeThought, North, Stockholm Design Lab, Büro North and more. As well as articles by Tom Crabtree (Manual) and Warren Taylor (The Narrows).
This journal is exquisite. The quality of the production and design is superb and the publication is an example of why print should never die. The cover alone is to die for: Two color cover with debossing and printed on Knight Cream 350GSM Cover stock.

Here’s another stunning piece by Soulellis Studio. This booklet for Cornell University is printed on Sappi’s McCoy Silk paper in the vibrant Pantone 3965, with text set in Lyon Text. Lovely, I need to get a copy.
