I’ve been working on a 2010 calendar poster that I plan to have letterpressed and figured that it would also work well as a wallpaper. So I put some wallpapers together based on the poster design that features a 2010 calendar and the year written out in English, Italian, French and German. Available in pink and white at 1920×1200.

Pencil Calendar
Another brilliant calendar created by Mytton Williams Design. The calendar consists of 12 pencils, one for each month and color coded to indicate the temperature. Days of the week are sharpened off. Simply, creative and useful. I love it.
You can buy a set for £12.00.
Nu 2009 Calendar
2009 calendar by a small design study in Brazil called Nu. It’s screenprinted on a 0.70 mm thick polypropylene sized at A1.
In portuguese, all days of the week, except for Saturday and Sunday, are referred to by numbers. Monday is Second, Tuesday is Third, etc.
The generous guys at Nu sent me a copy of each and they’re gorgeous up close.
You can check out the black version on my Flickr page.
DataLog
DataLog is a bilateral calendar printed on translucent paper whereas both sides are interdependent. While a calendar for 2009 is printed on the front, the backside shows statistical data of the Codeluxe studio from the past year.
Calendreco
Calendreco is an eco friendly perpetual wall calendar designed by Dessi Ivanova. The calendar is composed of one oversized board with the month’s numbers (1 – 31) and three additional headers with different weekday combinations. Depending on the month, the corresponding header is placed in front of the board to indicate the date. With one simple adjustment every month, the calendar can be used year after year.
Calendreco is printed on a premium brilliant white, double – thick, alkaline pH cover paper, buffered for longevity. It is made with responsibly sourced pulps, 100% renewable electrical energy, and clean water. Manufactured carbon neutral and chlorine free, this paper is one of the most chemical – free papers available today. The inks are non-toxic and vegetable-based. Finally, the calendar is 100% recyclable.
This Year 2009
The uber talented David of This Studio informed me about this new A0 sized 2009 calendar that he’s designed. Check out his Flick page for more photos of this gorgeous specimen.
